Choose a day and book a time slot online for your podcast recordings. You’ll automatically receive an access code by email, and the studio will be fully prepared for your recording.
Log in with your access code and go through the short video instructions. The cameras, podcast microphones and lighting are already perfectly set up. Our app handles the rest.
Immediately after your recording, your fully edited video podcast (vodcast) will be waiting in your inbox, including all the raw files. Ready to publish on Spotify, YouTube and all your other channels.

Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.
The studio is furnished for a maximum of 3 people: perfect for you as a host with one or two guests.
Outside the studio, there is space to watch along, and guests can also join online via Teams, Zoom or other software.
You book the podcast studio by the hour, for as long as you like. Please allow 5 to 10 minutes for instructions and setup.
We recommend booking at least 2 hours: enough time for one or more episodes, plus your preparation.
Nothing! Except yourself, your guests, and your story.
All podcast microphones, cameras, and lighting are already set up and perfectly adjusted. A laptop, phone, or printed script can be useful (there is no printer).
Immediately after your recording, your fully edited episode will be in your email, usually within minutes for most recordings.
You will also receive all the raw video and audio files, so you can edit everything yourself.
At Record Room, you can rent the podcast studio per hour for €85 (excl. VAT), with no obligations or subscription.
Do you record more often? With a punch card, you pay from €65 per hour, including recording and automatic editing.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. You can do this via the link in your email.
For sure, you've got this! The studio is built for people with no technical knowledge whatsoever. The app on the tablet explains everything step by step.
