When purchasing, we include the purchase cost in the costs per video and the payback period over 60 months, plus €495 per month for license and support. Internal hours at €60 per hour. Space, energy and the time of the speaker himself are the same in both situations and are not included.

No. The RecordRoom App controls the cameras, the lighting, the sound, and the editing. Anyone who can operate a tablet can use the studio. Even that one colleague who has no technical knowledge.
The technology on your own equipment is installed within a day. We plan a complete studio or acoustic unit together, depending on the space and the customization.
Yes, that is exactly what The Tech model is for. The RecordRoom App works with most existing cameras and microphones. In a demo we check together what you already have.
Then we solve the problem. Support over the phone, maintenance, and updates are included in the license. We ensure that it works, continues to work, and gets better and better.
Starting at €795 per month for the technology on your own equipment, starting at €1,195 per month for a complete studio and starting at €1,695 per month for an acoustic unit. You can also buy it: starting at €15,000, €34,950 or €59,950 one-time, plus €495 per month for license and support. All prices exclude VAT.
The license and support run for a minimum of 24 months. That is also the period in which the studio will have a significant return on investment for most teams. After that, you decide on a yearly basis.
